Jenn was thrilled to join ProActivate in 2018. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology with a minor in Psychology from The University of Colorado in Boulder. She then went on to get her Master’s from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

She began her career as a treating Clinician and then moved into Sales Management in the Healthcare Industry for an enterprise-level company.  In her Sales Leadership role, Jenn was responsible for building, training, leading, mentoring, and managing a team focused on Lead Generation, New Business Development, and Account Management. She spent her days in the field working side-by-side with her Account Representatives focused on account growth strategy and developing relationships with key referral sources.  Jenn has experience working closely with all levels of an organization.

Whether it is a team member, a client, or a candidate, Jenn is passionate about seeing others succeed. She will go over and beyond to ensure she is a valuable resource to anyone she works alongside.

Jenn grew up in Dallas where she currently resides with her husband and three kids.




Lindsey has been in both Sales and Operational Management positions for 8 years before joining ProActivate.  She has experience in presenting to mid-sized audiences, building and leading both sales and operational teams, and successful selling to upper management and executives.

She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M-Texarkana and a Master's Degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.  

Lindsey enjoys serving her church and community, running, and spending time with family and friends.  She feels most rewarded in her job when finding the best candidate that successfully helps drive a company forward in growth.

Lindsey grew up in Texarkana and now resides in East Texas with her husband and two  kids.



Colleen started her career with ProActivate in 2011 on the operations side of the business as a Consultant and then became a full-time Talent Manager.  In 2015, Colleen transitioned to our leadership team as Director of Marketing.  Four years later, she moved into her current role as the Director of Sales and Marketing.  


Colleen has a passion for taking ProActivate’s business to the next level and ensuring our internal team has what they need to be successful in order to serve our clients as trusted advisors. Colleen plays a vital role developing and executing sales and marketing strategies and identifying and engaging new partnership opportunities. She enjoys making an impact with our clients and helping them achieve their goals within their organizations.


Colleen grew up in Longview, Texas and now resides in the DFW area.  She attended college at Letourneau University in Longview, Texas. She is married to her best friend and is a devoted mom to her daughter and son. She is actively involved in her community, church and bible studies. She spends her free time with her family and friends, attending sports events for her kids and working out.
