Having served as Vice President of Training and Development and Sales at Career Builder, as well as being a co-founder of ProActivate, an elite sales staffing company, Jamie understands how to motivate, shape and lead successful teams.
She has been conducting Peak Performance Mindset Workshops nationally for companies like Armstrong Relocation Services, Superior Hire, Encompass Home Health, High Profile Staffing, TelePacific, Santander, EBSCO Research and Free Range Concepts. Post- Workshop evaluations have proven that these companies set new sales records, collaborated more effectively, and embraced a more focused and positive sales environment.
Jamie was responsible for leading 50-85% annual revenue growth with oversight of >80-person sales team while managing $35MM operations; driving top sales training, development, and productivity for half of enterprise’s U.S. sales organization; defining, assessing, profiling, and acquiring targeted best talent for domestic and international sales organizations.

Colleen started her career with ProActivate in 2011 on the operations side of the business as a Consultant and then became a full-time Talent Manager. In 2015, Colleen transitioned to our leadership team as Director of Marketing. Four years later, she was the Director of Sales and Marketing. In December of 2021, Colleen was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer.
Colleen has a passion for taking ProActivate’s business to the next level. She partners with prospects and clients to understand out how ProActivate can impact their organization by increasing revenue and productivity within their teams. She dedicates herself to understanding what each clients needs to help them achieve both the short and long-term goals for their organization.
Colleen grew up in Longview, Texas and now resides in the DFW area. She attended college at Letourneau University in Longview, Texas. She is married to her best friend and is a devoted mom to her children, Tatum and Bryson. Colleen is actively involved in her community, church and bible studies. She loves watching and attending sporting events, especially when her kids are playing. She also enjoys traveling, being outdoors and hosting parties for her family and friends.
Rachel joined ProActivate with over 15 years of experience in business operations. After successfully serving as Vice President of Operations leading the Talent Management Team in both year-over-year team growth and revenue growth, Rachel has recently transitioned to Chief Operating Officer. Rachel ensures the smooth operation of the daily and weekly talent deliverables, while facilitating a highly collaborative culture of our geographically dispersed Talent Management Team. Her leadership style emphasizes mindset awareness and transformation when approaching the current market conditions for our clients.
Director of Client Relations
Brittany has been in Recruiting and Public Relations/Community Outreach roles for 10+ years prior to joining ProActivate. She has experience working with a variety of clients and recruiting disciplines as well as successful at communicating to upper management and executives. She has partnered with leaders in the community and enjoys serving their needs. She is passionate about building and creating loyal relationships.
She graduated, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Texas State University – San Marcos.
Brittany’s hobbies include being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. She resides in Katy, Texas with her husband and two kids.
