We’ve been looking for good IT Sales Professionals for months and have used traditional recruiters and hired no one. The first two candidates we interviewed through ProActivate, we hired.
In general I would say that they have become a strategic partner for me to fill sales, marketing and services roles in my company. It started with one rep, and led to a lot more once I saw the efficiency, professionalism and quality of their progress and people. I very much like them. They have filled about 4 reps in North America and 1 in Mexico, a VP of sales Latin America, a VP of global marketing and are currently working on another two reps (US and UK), and other VP of Sales (Europe) and a Learning Consultant (US).
