In the traditional model, there is no guarantee of qualified candidates being delivered in a specific timeframe, or at all, and certainly no guarantee you will hire a rockstar. ProActivate guarantees the hire in each search. If for any reason we need to provide additional candidates until the hire is achieved, we will do so. Our ratios suggest you will minimally hire 1 of the 3 candidates provided.
