2005: The Vision Becomes Reality
With a bold mission to transform the hiring process, Jamie Crosbie founds ProActivate in Dallas, Texas. Her goal is simple but ambitious: provide companies with direct access to a higher caliber of talent for their sales and revenue-generating roles.
2006: Recognition as a Woman-Owned Business
The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certifies ProActivate as Woman-Owned Business.
2007: Opened Direct Hire Division
The Direct Hire Division is established to further expand our pool of passive candidates and elevate the caliber of professionals in our network.
2008: Launch Training Division and Sell First Training Package
Recognizing the critical importance of retention for revenue generation and business stability, ProActivate launches a Training Division and sells its first training package.
2009: A Geographically Dispersed Team
ProActivate’s work-from-home opportunities expand, leading to a geographically dispersed team. By hiring talent managers in markets outside of Texas and Kansas City, ProActivate’s reach grows to include national and global talent markets.
2012: Celebrating 500+ Successful Hires
The team proudly celebrated the placement of more than 500 professionals in positions ranging from entry-level sales to executives. This achievement underscored a dedication to creating lasting partnerships between clients and exceptional talent.
2013: Expanding International Reach
ProActivate sources a Director of Alliance in Latin America, our first international placement and a significant marker of our global growth and service capability.
